  • Our 'Speaking Up' course is delivered entirely online. So, whether you're in New York or New Delhi, London or Los Angeles, all you need is a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to start your journey with us.

    Between sessions, we'll keep in touch via email, sharing resources, feedback, and any 'homework' to keep you on track.

  • While we can't offer in-person sessions on a regular basis, there is the option to complete our Speaking Up course as an in-person intensive over a single day (or two half-days). Drop us a message if you'd be interested in training in this way, or you can ask us about it in our pre-course consultation.

  • We understand that progress in communication skills can be hard to measure, as confidence naturally fluctuates. However, we have several ways to track your development:

    1. Regular discussions: We'll talk about your experiences and note improvements.

    2. Questionnaires: You'll complete pre- and post-course surveys using the HADSA scale, which is commonly used in the medical profession for measuring anxiety and confidence.

    3. Video reviews: We'll watch recordings of your practices together to observe your progress.

    4. Expert feedback: Your trainer, an experienced performance professional, will provide their assessment.

  • Yes, we do. We're confident in the effectiveness of our training, which is why we offer our 'Guaranteed Difference' pledge: This holds that if you don't feel your confidence has improved by the end of the course, we'll provide supplementary training at no extra cost. 

    You can discuss the details of this guarantee with your coach during your pre-course assessment. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you feel secure in your investment with us.

  • As part of your pre-course assessment (and prior to payment), you'll select a time from our available training slots that works for you. Simple. Many of our clients choose a regular timeslot but you can pick and choose different slots from our available times if necessary.

  • For our Speaking Up program, we recommend completing your 6 sessions over 6 consecutive weeks, and you will need to use all your sessions within 6 consecutive weeks in order to qualify for our 'Guaranteed Difference' pledge. We believe this structure provides a solid learning experience, and good results.

    Nonetheless, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to pause your training, you have up to 6 months from the date of purchase to use your remaining sessions with us.

  • Our online sessions are designed to be straightforward and accessible. You'll need:

    1. A computer or tablet

    2. Access to either Zoom or Google Meet video-conferencing (we'll provide the link)

    3. A strong and reliable internet connection

    4. A quiet, private space for your sessions

    That's it! Nothing unusual required - just the basics.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. Here's our rescheduling policy:

    • If you need to reschedule, please let your coach know at least 72 hours before your session. We'll be happy to find a new time that works for you at no extra cost.

    • For changes made less than 72 hours before the session, it will count as a cancelled session. However, you can purchase a replacement session for £185.

    We aim to be flexible while ensuring we can maintain our scheduling commitments to all our clients. Your coach is dedicated to your progress, so we encourage you to attend all scheduled sessions. This will be necessary for entitlement to our Guaranteed Difference Pledge.

  • Yes. We have a partial refund policy for cancellations made within 30 days of purchase. Here's how it works:

    • You're entitled to a refund of the full course sum, minus:

      1. A 25% non-refundable deposit (for course admin and scheduling)

      2. The value of any completed or cancelled sessions (calculated as full course price ÷ 6, per session)

    • The refund amount cannot drop below zero. Once zero is reached, no further refund is possible.

    • This policy ensures fairness both to you and to our coaches who reserve time for your sessions.
