Our carefully crafted course features work in harmony to create transformative, long-lasting results.

  • First, we take the time to get to know our trainees (and their managers), drawing up a set of shared goals for our sessions together, and setting the starting markers of skill and confidence for us to measure our progress against.

  • The bread and butter of the programme, our coaching sessions combine acting insights with a practical learn-by-doing approach that prioritises practical work on tangible individual challenges, to increase effectiveness and save trainees’ prep time outside the course.

  • We provide short email follow-ups, to help motivate application of important learnings outside of the sessions, and keep track of content milestones to refer back to.

  • Recorded practices are combined with reflection and discussion to 10x the learning process (seriously).

  • Once the course is done, we collate the all the materials into a individual course report (shareable with management) which charts progress, gathers the course content for trainees to refer back to, and offers extra tools to help them move onwards and upwards.
